Is your internet slow?

If you rent a house and your rental agreement indicates that the internet provides is included in the service costs, this often is a subscription with multiple users sharing a wireless network.

The landlord provides the payment of the subscription, but not the technical support. If you have connectivity problems, please contact the helpdesk of the providers. Check with your supplier if there is a signal jam in your area, your neighbours should have problems as well.

The most common providers are Ziggo or KPN.

If all users have trouble getting connection, it may be useful to reset the router.If internet is slow, first step is to examine whether this is occurs at all times and all users. This is to find out whether the problem is causes by private hardware or excessive use (e.g. streaming films and series or downloading large files during peak hours).
